Artist line-up for NH7 Weekender comes together for AR

Featuring some of the artists performing during the festival, a new version of A.R. Rahman's Dhakka Laga Bukka from the movie Yuva has been released.

Responsible for making a certain weekend merry for every music lover in India is NH7 Weekender, a multi-city music festival. What started in 2010 in Pune has expanded to 5 cities in India, other than the regular Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore and Pune the music festival will also be organised for the first time in Shillong. Sponsored by Bacardi, NH7 recently released the crazy line up of the 2015 edition and in the most amazing way possible. Featuring some of the artists performing during the festival, a new version of A.R. Rahman's Dhakka Laga Bukka from the movie Yuva has been released.

The video features the ever energetic Vishal Dadlani taking us through the artist line-up of the upcoming musical event. What works for the video is the young and vibrant feel of the song incorporating some of the best musicians in India. Produced by Ranjit Barot, the track has Niladri Kumar on zitar, Rahul Hariharan on drums, Warren Mendonsa on lead guitar, Nucleya on electronics and brilliant singers like Papon, Alisa Pais, Vishal Dadlani and the major attraction of the much awaited event, A.R. Rahman. This year the festival will also feature a major global name - Mark Ronson. This music video saw the coming together of India's music elite and is like dream come true for any music enthusiast.
